Horsman created this Police Woman doll based on the 1970s tv program starring Angie Dickinson as Sgt. “Pepper” Anderson, an undercover police officer. Not only did she solve crimes, but she did it with the most fashionable of outfits and accessories. The figure dons an oversized caricature style head and much smaller doll body. Although this was probably geared to girls back then, she is highly collectible and the small number of outfits (five) makes it more attainable for collectors.
